RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@myexquisiteshop.com along with:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Billing Address
  • Item(s) and reason for return

 Please note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable postal service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable. Only the item's cost will be refunded
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Depending on your payment method it may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
